It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doral Bell Nickerson (Shelburne, Nova Scotia), born in Clarks Harbour, Nova Scotia, who passed away on June 15, 2018, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Hadwin Nickerson; her husband Russell; her sons, Elton "Jackie" and John "Jackie"; her siblings, Elton, Forman, Ernest, Billy, George, Georgina, Beatrice, Lorraine and Liza; and her grandchildren, Brenda and Amanda.
She is survived by: her parent Violet Nickerson (Swim); and her children, Gary, Carolyn Rogers, Beatrice Rogers (David) and Linda Rogers (Adam Oickle). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Roseway Manor or charity of choice.
