He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Penney and Linnie Penney (Crowell); and his brother Anthony Penney. He is survived by: his siblings, Randolph Penney, Mark Penney, Darlene Stevens (David), Yolanda Penney, Marina Nickerson, Michelle Penney and Melanie Strang (Shawn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
