Emery Smith Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2020, at the age of 82, Emery Smith of Shag Harbour, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Smith and Althea Smith; and his daughter-in-law Sharon Smith. He is survived by: his wife Hazel; his children, Monty (Nancy) and Joy Goreham (Michael); his grandchildren, Jeremy Smith (Kara), Jenna Kennedy (Shaun), Travis Smith (Debbie), Brennan Goreham (Samantha) and Shannon Smith (Karine); his great grandchildren, Makynzie, Shaylie, Taylor Smith, Carter, Leah Kennedy, Kaysen, Brysen Smith, Thomas, Margaret, Sarah Goreham and Maxwell Smith; and his brother Morton Smith Besides (Irene).

Covid 19 Protocols will be followed, and the church can be filled at half capacity, approximately 150 people.

Donations in Emery's memory may be made to Roseway Manor, Old Farm Cemetery or charity of choice.
