He was predeceased by: his parents, Milledge Murray and Jean Murray (MacKay); his sisters, Anne and Ruth; and his brothers-in-law, Robert 'Bob Hume, Andy Henderson, Billie Langille and Bane Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Leona (MacKenzie); his children, Evan (Lynn) and Terri-Lee Reid (Mike); his grandchildren, Brody, Jake, Isaac and Avery; his siblings, Raymond (Margaret), Gerald (Agnes), Elbert, Beth Langille, Joyce Brown, Glenn, Malcolm (Donna) and Ethel Slaunwhite; and his brother-in-law Allan Slaunwhite. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations in Hugh's memory may be made to the Bethel Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund, Scotsburn.
