He was predeceased by: his parents, George Baillie and Jessie "Dolly" Baillie; his sister Anna; and his brothers-in-law, Borden Forbes, Henry MacDonald and Freddy Langille.

He is survived by: his wife Ruth (MacLean); his daughters, Linda, Sharon (Mike) and Jean (Darren); his grandchildren, Megan (Scott), Amanda (Tyler), Lucas and Jack; his great grandchildren, Charlie, Olivia, Blair and Harper; his sisters, Lina and Emma; and his pet Buddy.

Donations in Fletcher's memory may be made to the Lillian Fraser Memorial Hospital, West Branch United Church, or a charity of your choice.
