It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Theresa (Williams) Petrie of Scotchtown, Nova Scotia, who passed away on January 30, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Mary Theresa leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Remembrance & Fellowship (495 Smith St, New Waterford, NS B1H4K4).
