It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Henry Melanson (Saulnierville, Nova Scotia), who passed away at the age of 90, on May 14, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolphe Melanson and Elizabeth "Lizzie" Melanson (LeBlanc); his wife Ruth; his daughter Joanne; and his siblings, Alphonse, Elie and Philomene.

He is survived by: his children, Jeanne Theriault (Lewis), Judith Melanson, Margaret Ann Melanson (Uno), Mark and Wayne (Tracy); his siblings, Louise Comeau, Blanche Comeau, Theodore Melanson, Lydia Saulnier and Antoinette Theriault; his grandchildren, Krista, Brody, Nathan, Wyatt and Gabriella; and his great grandchildren, Lamar and Shanay.

Due to the present Covid-19 pandemic, private visitations and burial will take place.
