It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verna Mary Ellen Garrison of Sambro, Nova Scotia, born in Bald Rock, Nova Scotia, who passed away on March 29, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Miller and Beatrice Miller (Smith); her husband Cyril; and her siblings, Viola, Clarence, Laura, Arthur, Roy, Percy, Gerald, Charles, Una and Donald.
She is survived by: her children, Owen Garrison (Heather) of Middle Sackville, NS, Darrell Garrison (Aronda) of Sambro, NS., Greta Vanderzee (Chris) of Red Deer, AB and Barbara Reyno (Gus) of Sambro, NS.; her siblings, Eva Nichols (Ted), Joyce Parnell and Norm Miller; her grandchildren, Tracy (Andrew), Darcy (Tara Lee), Krista (Randy), Brent (Kristie), Ryan (Jenny), Joey (Candice), Jaimie (Mitch), Evan (Brittany) and Cara (Tyler); and her great grandchildren, Kayleigh, Zachary, Sam, Brandon, Jaxson and Simon.
Masks are required during the service and social distancing is encouraged.
