Christine May MacLeod Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2022, at the age of 88, Christine May MacLeod of Ross Ferry, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, James Caldwell and Christine Caldwell (Grainger); her siblings, Andrew Caldwell, James Caldwell, Athelia Billard, Catherine Chandler, Georgine Caldwell, Marguerite MacLeod and Marsha Caldwell; and her siblings-in-law, Fred Billard, Bob Chandler and Ethel Caldwell.
She is survived by : her husband Angus MacLeod of Ross Ferry; her children, Mary Hart (John) of East Mountain, NS, John MacLeod (Tanya Grant) and Susan Purchase (Derek); her daughter-in-law Mary-Rose MacLeod (Keylor); her grandchildren, James Hart (Celeste Gould), Diana Matthews (Craig), Erin Beth MacLeod (Roddie O'Handley), Mark MacLeod, Laura Purchase (John Samms), Nicole Purchase (Josh Allen) and Katherine Purchase; her great grandchildren, Kali MacLeod, Christopher Hart, Silas Matthews, Jonah Matthews, Korbyn MacLeod and Mariah Samms; her sister Rebecca Penney (Paul); her brother-in-law Carman MacLeod; and her caregivers, Molly, Trish, Sarah, Kim, Stephanie, Linda, Ann and Sharon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to Knox Presbyterian Church, Ross Ferry, St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, Sydney Mines or the charity of one's choice.
