It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Holden of River Philip, Nova Scotia, born in Springhill, Nova Scotia, who passed away on February 28, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Holden and Annabelle Holden (Willigar); and his siblings, Cecil and Bernadette. He is survived by: his wife Gloria MacDonald; his children, Anna MacLean (Charlie Weeks), River Philip, Terri Venus (Richard) of Waasis, NB and Thomas (Lynn); his stepchildren, Nicholas MacDonald (Kayla), Christa MacDonald (Justin) and Lacey MacDonald (Adam); and his siblings, Darlene (Harley Skidmore), Mary (Bert Stonehouse), Sydney and Bernard (Charlene). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 5 step-grandchildren.
