She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Blair and Ruby Blair (Mills); her former husband George Adshade; her husband Charlie Cox; her son Leon Adshade; and her siblings, Nita, Doug, Garnet, Clair and Leon.

She is survived by: her children, Bob Adshade (Margaret), Cheryl Carruthers (David), Melinda McFadden (Doug), Mae Leblanc, Rebecca Adshade Hannigan (George), Charles Holloran and Denise Holloran; and her siblings, Don Blair and Marie Kidd. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
