He is survived by: his parent Annie Holt (Bezanson); his daughters, Nancy Bates (Gerald), Lisa Holt (Greg Reid) and Vicki McKay (Kevin); his grandchildren, Jordan Bates (Rebecca), Mitchell Bates (Brittnay), Noah, Sawyer Buchanan, Joel and Casey McKay; his great grandchildren, Brenna and Kaiden Bates; his siblings, Jack (Barb), Eric (Ginny), Donnie, Betty Langille and Diane MacKenzie (Bob); and his brother-in-law Clyde MacKenzie (Lorraine Tattrie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.
As the funeral arrives, we feel it is for other people because we have already spent many months grieving the memory of our loved one during his journey with Alzheimer's Disease.
