He was predeceased by: his daughter Shelley; his parents, Elmer and Mabel; his son-in-law Darryl; his siblings, Elaine, Donald, Everett and Robert; his brother-in-law Bill; and his nephew Trevor.

He is survived by: his wife Greta (Sillers); his children, Kim (John), Trent (Sara) and Dawn (Eric); his great grandchildren, Nash, Weston and Brynn; his brother Wayne; his siblings-in-law, Sharon, Betty, Sheila, Linda, Helen and Doug; his aunt Helen; and his cousins, Alice, Vernon and Evan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and many, many close friends.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a celebration of life will be held at a later time, when we are able to gather and remember him with family and friends.

Donations in his memory to the Pictou County VON or Aberdeen Palliative Care Society would also be appreciated.
