He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Bushell and Letitia Narraway Mary Hart; his wife Jane S. H. Moseley; his daughter Jane "Jan" Narraway Hart Perks; and his siblings, Pauline MacPhee, Nancy Peters, Alice Burrows, Diana Geil, Dorothy Hutchinson, Valerie "Chick" Rogers, Arnold, Lee, Martin and Norman "Bim".
He is survived by: his children, Sally Tilton Jackson (Mike), Norris "Striker" Frederick Bushell (Emanuele), Valerie Hart Jollimore and Lesley Ellen Pretty (David); his sister June Jarvis; his grandchildren, Emily, Sarah, Benjamin, David, Christopher, Hayley, Aaron, Maria, Jane, Lindsey, Devin, John, Ellen and Olivia; his great grandchildren, Harper, Sawyer, Emerson, Paisley, Kyle, Elena and Daxton; and his son-in-law Ron Perks (Alice). He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Norris' memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association (CDA), the Canadian Hard of Hearing Association (CHHA), The Lillian Fraser Memorial Hospital, Tatamagouche, or a charity of one's choice.
