Marguerite Marcia Gratto Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marguerite Marcia Gratto of River John, Nova Scotia, who passed away on March 18, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Langille and Dorothea Langille; her husband Stanley Burns Gratto; and her brothers, Murdock and Frank.
She is survived by: her children, Ossie and Paulette Sutherland (Douglas); her sister Audrey Langille (James); her foster brother Lloyd MacPherson (Joanne); her stepgrandchildren, Dawn (Carey Chernoff), Dale (Greg Foster) and Allan (Trish Hudson); and her stepgreat-grandsons, Ellis Chernoff and Henry Sutherland. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
With declining health and COVID restrictions, she greatly enjoyed seeing the latest pictures and videos of Ellis and Henry.
Donations may be made to the Mountain Road Cemetery, River John or a charity of choice.
