He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Heighton; his significant other Ella; and his sisters, Anna and Marge. He is survived by: his daughters, Mabel (Steven) and Heather (Donald); his grandchildren, Bryce (Nicole), Tori (Mitch), Cory (Jenna), Erinn (Willem) and Kaitlyn; his great grandchildren, Mason, Lochlan and Duncan; and his sister Mildred. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
