He is survived by: his parent Johanna Heukshorst (Broshuis); his wife Antonetta "Netta"; his children, Joanne Hatch (David), Stittsville, Coleen Tattrie (Kenneth), Denmark, Patrick (Dawn), Lake Mary, Hank and Medicine Hat; his grandchildren, Thomas Hatch, Serena Hatch, Garrett, Cole, Logan Tattrie, Colton, Deverie, Reese Heukshorst and Zoey Heukshorst; and his siblings, Anthony (Catherine), John (Mary), Leo (Liza), Annie Cox (Leo), Hermina (Ted), Zutphen, Maria, Vulphen, Josephine Johnson (Paul), Louise Smith (Murray), Rosa, Hoogen and Regina Schop (Arie).
