With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gretol-Ann Margaret Stevens of River Hebert, Nova Scotia, who passed away on February 8, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Grant and Myrtle Grant (Nelson); her daughter Darlene Dawn; her significant other George Van Snick; and her brothers, Eric and Fred.

She is survived by: her children, Jamie (Twila) of Fenwick, Laurie (Tammy) of Fort Lawrence, Bonnie Rector (David), Sheila Proctor and Susan Amell of Oshawa, ON; her grandchildren, Jamie, Lynn, Kendra, Rodney, Blair, Kelsey, Dakota, Cole and Brayden; her great grandchildren, Trinity, Masen, Hanna, Jaxon, Alaia and Juliette; and her sisters, Glenda Peverill, Elizabeth Budden and Shirley Mack (Bob).

For those who wish to do so, donations in memory of Gretol may be made to the Hillside Cemetery, River Hebert.
