Joseph Clement Burke Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Clement Burke of River Bourgeois, Nova Scotia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 19, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith May (Sampson) and Frances Xavier Burke; and his nephew David King. He is survived by: his in-laws, Ralph Murray, Mary Burke, Linda Burke, Wanda Burke and Harold Stevens; and his siblings, Bernard, Lola, Conrad, Warren (Debbie), Carmelita (Blair), Fraser (Judy), Richard (Madonna), Rosemary (Rhodes) and John (Wanda). He is also survived by Uncle to his many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the River Bourgeois Visitation Parlour (8133 Highway 4, River Bourgeois, NS B0E3B0). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church (287 Church Point Rd, River Bourgeois, NS B0E2X0).
