He was predeceased by: his father Hector Allen; and his sister-in-law Valerie Allen (Rushton). He is survived by: his mother Judy Allen (Langille); his wife Ann Vandenburg; his daughter Jennifer Filliter; his siblings, Shelley Tuttle (Percy) of Middleboro, Marlene Tuttle (Allan) of Middleboro and Stanley; and his parents-in-law, Donald, Gladys Vandenburg and Pugwash River. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
