With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Olive MacTavish (Pugwash, Nova Scotia), born in Hartland, New Brunswick, who passed away on September 20, 2019 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hay and Eva Hay (Trevor); her husband Ian Dale; and her brother Charles George. She is survived by: her daughter Lois Wheaton (Danny); her grandchildren, Evan and Katelyn (Hayden McNamara); her sister Dorothy Chabot; her niece Ruth Chabot of Sundridge, ON; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Clarke, Linda Tripp (David) and Ken MacTavish. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in her memory may be made to Christ Church, East Cumberland Lodge, Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Arthritis Society.
