He was predeceased by: his parents, James Oxley Fairbanks and Catherine Fairbanks-Sutherland (Wilson). He is survived by: his brothers, Bill Passage (Sylvia), Sandy Passage (Nancy), Edward Passage (Jeanette) and Eastern Passage. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
