He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" A. Smith and Sara "Sally" L. Smith (LeBlanc); and his sister Debbie Smith. He is survived by: his girlfriend Coleen A. Cooley; his children, Dylan of Lake Paul, Mitchell of Lake Paul and Nicole Smith of Lake Paul; his brother Barry Smith of Pugwash; his nephew Tanner Smith of Pugwash; his parents-in-law, Alice and Joe Oakley; his siblings-in-law, Darlene, Michele and Jim; and his pets, Macy, Hades, Eddie and Reggie. He is also survived by other loving uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Donations in his memory may be made to any local animal rescue charity.
