She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Buskirk (Dingle) and Aubrey Van Buskirk of Pugwash; her husband Jim; and her siblings, Bessy Brownell (Fred), Gladys Atkinson, Donalda Jamieson (Leo), Delia Reid and Charles (Lola).
She is survived by: her sons, Stephen (Dennice) and Douglas (Maureen); her grandchildren, Douglas and Adrienne Leahey Setchell (Chris); her great grandchildren, Griffin, Spencer Leahey, Alex and Mary Kathleen Setchell; and her brother-in-law Ches Atkinson.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to East Cumberland Lodge, Friends of the Pugwash Estuary, North Cumberland Historical Society or a charity of your choice.
