Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Chesley Harold Atkinson of Pugwash, Nova Scotia, who passed away at the age of 103, on November 9, 2022. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Atkinson and Blanche Atkinson (Laird); his wife Gladys (VanBuskirk); his son Darrell; his stepdaughter Brenda (Montrose); and his siblings, Bill, Norman, Margaret, Jean, Goldie, Eileen, Alouise, Jessie and Shirley.

He is survived by: his son Rod (Carolyn) of Summerside, PEI; his grandchildren, Craig Atkinson (Debra), Kerry-Lynn Atkinson (Jeff), Alicia Gobine (Terrance), Ont, Mark Atkinson (Susan), Holly Schiffner (Mark), Angela Gregan (Robert), Gulf Shore and Brad Montrose (Mary); and his daughter-in-law Donna Atkinson (Ont). He is also survived by great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
