He was predeceased by: his parents, Jason Daley and Jessie Daley (Atkinson); his wife Clarice Evelyn Daley (Nickerson); and his siblings, Ernest, John, Lenora, Doris, Augusta and Patricia.

He is survived by: his son Scott; his daughter-in-law Candi; his grandchildren, Jason and Maya; and his sister Janice.
