He was predeceased by: his parents, Regionel MacIntosh and Helen MacIntosh Johnson; and his brothers, Fred, Russel, Robert, Raymond and Malcolm.
He is survived by: his brothers, William (Roberta) of Lockeport, Lionel of British Columbia and Delma (Debbie) of Lockeport. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
