He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ernest and Ann Augusta Surette (LeBlanc). He is survived by: his wife Brenda Janice Surette; and his children, Corinne, Eric and Reneé. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and countless brothers, sisters, cousins, and friends.

Memorial donations in Brad's memory may be made to Saint Joseph's Cemetery Fund, Surette's Island.
