She was predeceased by: her parents, Thaddée d'Eon and Agnès d'Eon (d'Entremont); her former husband Isreal Cottreau; her husband Alvin Doucette; her brother Calvin d'Eon; and her siblings-in-law, Rannie LeBlanc, Paul Amirault, Kevin Goodwin, Stephen Pothier and Denise d'Eon.
She is survived by: her daughter Stacey Blanchard (Wayne) of Tusket; her granddaughter Carley Blanchard of Tusket; her son Myron Cottreau of Victoria, British Columbia; her stepdaughter Agnes Flinn (Ian) of Labelle; her grandson Ryan Flinn (Kristen) of Dartmouth; her great grandchild Rory; and her siblings, Norman d'Eon (Alicia) of Middle West Pubnico, Gordon d'Eon (Virginia) of Middle West Pubnico, Arnold d'Eon (Becky) of Pubnico, Ralph d'Eon (Nelda) of Middle West Pubnico, Claire Amirault of Middle West Pubnico, Geneva d'Eon of Villa Acadienne, Meteghan, Rosaline d'Entremont (Normand) of Lower West Pubnico, Marlene Goodwin and Sylvia Churchill (Bruce).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Huskilson's Funeral Home (61 Ditcher Rd, Arcadia, NS B0W 1B0). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
