He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cook and Eunice Cook; and his sons-in-law, Paul McDevitt and Derryck Fader. He is survived by: his wife Caroline; and his children, Connie, Corena (Paul), Melissa (Scott), Anthony (Heidi), Vanessa (Eric), Grumpy, Katie, Kimberley, Breanna, Tony, Alexis, Maya, Gianna and Scarlett.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Lions Club or charity of choice would be appreciated.
