She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Cox (Atwood) and Roosevelt "Ted" Cox; her sister Sandra Kendall; and her great grandchild Avery Ross. She is survived by: her granddaughter Easter; her significant other Russell Clairmont; her partner's daughter Donna Lee; her children, Anthony Ross (Carmel), Kim Ross, Cindy Goreham (Joel), Wade Ross (Sylvia) and Darrell Ross (Lois); her brothers, Wayne Cox, Teddy Cox Jr. (Betty), Ward Cox and Eric Cox (Betty Lou); her grandchildren, Billy Chase, Brandi Hitchens (Kris), Gilson Chase (Charity), Amanda Handrigan (Michael), Anthony Ross (Jodie Gladney), Twyla Ross (Todd), Jolynn Boudreau (Andy Stephens), Megan Ross and Shane Ross (Kayla Fenton); and her great grandchildren, Kayden (Sophie), Abby, Layla, Anna, Brody, Jaxie, Callie, Mackenzie, Neave, Olivia, Blaykie, Pippa, Liam, Rowan and Sophie.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the H. M. Huskilson's Memorial Chapel (2821 Nova Scotia Trunk 3, Pubnico, NS B0W 2W0). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Flowers are gratefully accepted, and donations in her memory may be made to a breakfast/after-school program of your choice.
