William Harold Brophy Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Harold Brophy (Prospect, Nova Scotia), born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on March 7, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Brophy and Catherine Brophy (Ryan); his wife Jean (Blackburn); and his sisters, Dorothy "Choook" Knight and Lila "Lick" Rudda.

He is survived by: his daughters, Paula Brophy and Cindy Slaunwhite (Victor); his grandson Chad Slaunwhite (Holly); his great grandchild Mason Slaunwhite; and his sisters, Margaret "Babe" Blackburn, Mary Hill (Ray) and Janet Slaunwhite (Reg). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
