We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2022, Marjorie Joyce (Hamilton) Best of Prospect, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Hamilton and Ada Marie Mahar (Hamilton); and her husband Herbert Best. She is survived by: her stepfather Harold Mahar; her children, Don Best (Sherry Lowe), Di Best (Andy Woolaver), Judy Rafuse (Kevin), Kim Best and Ruth Manning (Mike); her grandchildren, Brittany Best (Jason Gray), Brandon Best (Brittney), Josh Redden (Janet), Amy VanderHeide (James), Ronald Rafuse, Jesse and Rina Manning; her great grandchildren, Lennon Gray, Leah, Megan Redden, Jackson, Warren, Clay VanderHeide, Ayden Rafuse and Harper Snow; and her aunt Jean Calkin. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Due to pandemic restrictions, private services will be held on Monday, February 21, 2022.
Donations in memory may be made to the Berwick United Church or the MS Society of Canada.
