He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Pearl and Laurie Armstrong Bent; and his nephew Kirk. He is survived by: his wife Anna-Maria; his children, Tyler, Bridget, Meagan and Leisha; his brothers, John Canso (Winnie) and Rodney (Charlene); and his grandchildren, Tyler (Erica Harris), Edith, Agnes Bent, Bridget, Mischa, Brielle Dugas, Meagan Duncan (Glenn) of Winnipeg, MB, Leisha Vincent (Ryan), Victoria, Xavier and Maria Scanlan.
