He was predeceased by: his parent Frederick May; his stepmother Percilla; his brothers, Edwin and Lawrence; and his grandson Jeffrey Ellis.
He is survived by: his parent Theresa May; his children, Darrell (Maureen MacLean), Teresa (Hal Ellis), Cathy (Richard Eaglestone), Brad, Jillian, Blake, Tina (Stan Betts) and Jessica Hillier; his brother Otto; and also, Cally, Cameron, Ellie and Emma. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Mark's Anglican Church, Porters Lake.
