He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul MacNeil and Christina MacNeil; and his siblings, Patrick MacNeil, Daniel MacNeil, Thomas MacNeil, Mary Romeo, Ann Powers, Christina Devison and Theresa MacNeil.

He is survived by: his children, Paul (Amy) and Heather (Morris); his close friend Sandra; and his friends, Lynn Griffin and Jimmy.
