With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darlene Anne Hurley of Porters Lake, Nova Scotia, born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on April 23, 2022. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Darlene Anne Hurley to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Clarke (Jack) and Winnifred Clarke; and her siblings, Marilyn, Sharon, Jackie and Terry.

She is survived by: her husband Frederick John Thompson; her daughter Carrie Hurley (Albert); her brother John Clarke; and her grandchildren, Nicholas, Matthew, Brandon, Richie, Roy, Stacey, Greg, Anthony and Allison. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
