He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Whalen (Sampson); his daughter Kayla Lynch (Whalen); his son-in-law Sean Lynch; his grandson Oliver Lynch; his siblings, Joe Whalen, Michael Whalen and Darlyne Whalen; and his nephews, Jason Power, Aaron Power, Troi Whalen, Devin Whalen and Kirk Whalen.
