He is survived by: his mother Vivian Bishop (Lockhart); his wife Donna (Palmer); his children, Jyl Bishop Veale (Brian Veale), Leanne Bishop (Michael Mason) of Los Angeles, CA and Andrew Bishop (Melissa); his grandchildren, Olivia, Rachel Veale, Elliott, Lila and Emmett Bishop; and his siblings, Dwight (Patricia) of Wolfville, Gregory Bishop of Wolfville and Kathryn Beanlands. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
