He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy MacBride (Scott Taylor), Tanya MacBride (Ted Champion) and Tara Kaizer (Lee); his sisters, Trudie, Carla, Kelly and Tracey; and his grandchildren, Alec, Nora and Nikolas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations in memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
