He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Forster (Cathy) and Mike Forster (Jen O'Connell); his granddaughter Jessica Forster; and his siblings, Jim Forster (Jacqueline) of England, Gwen Colmer (George Tucker) of England and Lillian Morrison of Australia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
