She is survived by: her husband Jeff Saunders; her sons, Todd and Kevin Saunders (Lisa) of Burlington, ON; her siblings, Carleton (Frona Bowlby) of Aylesford, NS, Marion (Robert Waddell) of Toronto, ON and Doris Gates (Peter Thorpe) of Dartmouth, NS.; and her nieces and nephews, Doug Gates (Marianne Gillis) of Port Williams, Elizabeth Ward (George Wicks) of Port Williams, Craig Gates (Michelle MacDonald) of Auburn, NS, Sharon Bee (Allan Fowler) of London, ON, Jennifer Waddell of Toronto, ON, Alison Waddell of Toronto, ON, Robert Waddell (Holly Purdon) of Toronto, ON, Jonathan Gates of Kingston, R. I., Sander Gates (Karen Wozniak) of East Greenwich, R. I., Laura Thorpe of Dartmouth and Julie Thorpe (Amirali Salehi-Abari) of Whitby, ON. She is also survived by 16 Grand- nieces and nephews and 2 Great Grandnieces.
