She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester MacIntosh and Dolena MacIntosh; and her siblings, Georgia, Mary, Caresse and Sonny.
She is survived by: her husband Kenny; her son Roy (Rachael); her grandchildren, Sean and Katherine; and her siblings, Dawn Power (Russell) and Leroy MacIntosh (Eleanor). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Paulette's life was improved and prolonged by the gift of blood donations. Flowers or a memorial contribution to Canadian Blood Services are equally welcomed.
