It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Allister Spencer (Port Morien, Nova Scotia), who passed away on January 16, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Donelda (Kinslow); his children, Beverley, Donald (Dawn Goddard) and Bruce (Christine Lemoyne); his grandsons, Michael and Duncan; his sister-in-law Valerie Kinslow (Michelle Hamelin); his cousins, Norma, Sandra, Helen and Audrey; his aunts, Ada (Spencer) and Etta (Penny); and his mother Sally (Thomas). He was also cherished by friends, delighting in the birds.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Allister's memory may be made to St. John's United Church, Port Morien or the Glace Bay Food Bank.
