She was loved and cherished by many people including: her great-grandparent Carmel Mary Higdon; her parents, William Phalen and Blanche Phalen (Bray); her husband Stuart; her daughter Jackie; her grandchildren, Ian and Tammy; her siblings, Arthur Floyd, Pat, Byron and Dolores Penman; her siblings-in-law, James Penman and Marilyn Dickens; her children, Ruth Arsenault (John), Sue MacDonald (David), Judy Higdon, Bev Liska (Charlie), Stuey Higdon (Karan), Barb Thistle (Cal), Kenny Higdon (Loretta), Billy Higdon (Raylaine) and Cindy Higdon (Joe McNeil); her son-in-law John Best (Kim); her grandchildren, Dave (Leslie), Pam, Tanya (Tony), Mark, Andrew (Marsha), Jason (Natasha), Devin, Jessica (Giuseppe), Tyler, Kent (Meg), Monica (Matt), Kenny (Erin), Cory (Samantha), Kyle, Chris (Nicole), Ryan (Ashley), Trevor (Taylor), Todd (Michelle), Steven (Miranda) and Christopher; her great grandchildren, Michael, Jack, Patrick, Brennan, Kira, Valerie, Eleanor, Jacob, Anthony, Ian, Erica, Ryan, Cole, Ty, Finn, Chase, Willow, Ivy and Gabriel; and her sister-in-law Ida Phalen. She was also cherished by 10 children, 20 grandchildren, & 19 great-grandchildren.
