He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon Rose and Viola Rose-White (Melanson); his siblings, Wanda Rose and Joe; and his niece Charmaine Rose.

He is survived by: his brother Greg (Linda); and his nieces and nephews, Heidi Newell, Chrystal Rose, Hannah Rhyno-Milot, Cindy Nowe, Cathy Benson, Chris Rose, Patrick Rhyno and Steven Rose.

Memorial Donations in Murray's memory can be made to the Canadian Red Cross.
