He was predeceased by: his mother Audrey Thomas; and his grandparents, Walter, May Thomas, Russel and Ivy Tinkham.

He is survived by: his father Clinton Tinkham; his wife Kim (Bain); his daughters, Courtney Thomas, Brittany Thomas (Radhika), Angie Yadav (Gopal) and Lacey d'Entremont (Yvon); and his grandchildren, Durjay, Hemani, Vivi and Bodhi.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Harbour Authority of Port Maitland.
