She was predeceased by : her parents, Phillip Morris and Catherine Morris; her siblings, Stanley, Joan, Olive and Megan; and her granddaughter Cheryl Tracy MacSween.

She is survived by : her husband Angus Willie Smith; and her children, Julie MacSween (Micheal), Ian Crighton (Clorice), Brian Crighton (Lisa), Darren Smith (Joanne), John Smith (Andrea), Phillip Smith (Michelle), Megan Smith and Stephen Smith (Kathryn). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Pauline's memory may be made to Central Inverness Palliative Care Society, P.O Box 610, Inverness, Nova Scotia B0E 1N0.
