It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Heather Irene of Port Hood, Nova Scotia, who passed away at the age of 79, on October 25, 2024. She was predeceased by: her husband John Alphonse Ryan (Phonse); her parents, Albert Warner and Muriel Warner; her parents-in-law, James and Georgina Ryan; her sister Beulah Mitton; her siblings-in-law, Jim Mitton and Shirley Warner; and her nephew Kirk Mitton.

She is survived by: her sons, Albert (Karen) of Port Hawkesbury, David (Jean) of Port Hawkesbury and Philip (Kim) of Stephenville, NL; her grandchildren, Ashley (Sean), Jennifer (Caleb), Matthew (Bhreagh), Bradley (Judith), Dustin (Erica), Katelyn (Ivan) and Lucas (Kendra); her great grandchildren, Zhaiden, Zhavia and Jaxson; and her siblings, Murray and Ferne (Clarence). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
