He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Melong and Anna Melong; and his brothers, Bert and Bernie. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Sheila Rafters (Jeff), Lisa Melong, Bill Melong (Tara) of Brandon, MB, Cindy MacDonald (Brad), Dundee, Jason Melong (Kari) and Kyle Melong; and his grandchildren, Brennan and Morgan Rafters. He is also survived by many brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.

In keeping with COVID-19 guidelines, you will be required to sign in with your name and phone number at both the funeral home and the church. Face coverings must be worn at all times and social distancing measures will be in effect.
